Sacred Circles for Awakening and Expansion

Donna's group workshops are intimate evenings where the teachings of Spectrum Healing come alive in circle. Each gathering weaves energy healing, sound and colour frequencies, chakra work, light language and conscious-living practices into a single immersive experience. Themes follow the seasons and the cosmic calendar, so no two workshops are the same.

You do not need any prior experience. Bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, water and a journal. Everything else is provided.

What a workshop typically includes

• Opening circle and grounding meditation
• Teaching on the evening's theme (for example the solar plexus, the heart, the seasons, or the States of Being)
• Movement, breath and mantra to open the energy body
• A guided healing journey with the Spectrum Portal of Light and Sound
• Integration, sharing and practical tools to take home
