Bookings, cancellations, digital products, events and the Egypt Sacred Tour.

Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms apply to services and products offered by Spectrum Healing (Donna McCormick, ABN available on request), Shop 3/103 Sydney Road, Manly NSW 2095.

Sessions and bookings

  • Sessions are booked through our online booking system or by arrangement with Donna. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session; the full fee applies.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling: please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Genuine emergencies are always considered with kindness.
  • Remote sessions are held by Zoom, phone or distance at the booked time in Australian Eastern time unless otherwise agreed.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for three years from purchase (as required by NSW law) and are not redeemable for cash.

Nature of the services

Spectrum Healing provides energy healing, sound and vibration sessions, mentoring, spiritual education and related events. They are offered as complementary and spiritual practices for personal wellbeing and growth. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by qualified health professionals. Please continue to follow the advice of your doctor. Results and experiences vary from person to person.

Digital products (Healing Grid recordings)

  • Healing Grid recordings are digital audio files delivered by email or download link after payment. Because they are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded once supplied, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or publicly broadcast.

Mentorship programs

Journey of Mastery levels and 7-week programs are offered by application. Investment can be paid upfront or by instalment plan agreed in writing. Once a program has commenced, fees for the level are non-refundable, though Donna will always work with you if circumstances change.

Workshops, retreats and events

Places are confirmed on payment. Because venues, catering and accommodation are booked in advance, workshop and retreat fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event; earlier cancellations may be transferred to a future event or another participant. If Spectrum Healing cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or transfer.

Egypt Sacred Tour

The Egypt Sacred Tour is priced in US dollars. Registration is by direct transfer. Deposits are non-refundable. Instalments and the final balance are due as per the itinerary schedule issued to registered travellers, and failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of amounts already paid. International flights, visas, travel insurance (strongly recommended) and personal expenses are not included. Full tour terms are provided with the confirmed itinerary.
