Spectrum Healing (Donna McCormick, Shop 3/103 Sydney Road, Manly NSW 2095, "we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Contact details you give us when you book a session, send an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, purchase a Healing Grid or register for an event: name, email address, phone number and your message.
Booking information entered into our booking system (Timely), including the service, date and time you choose and any notes you add.
Payment information is processed by our booking or payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Session notes. Donna may keep brief notes to support your ongoing care. These are kept confidential.
Website usage data collected by Google Analytics and, where enabled, Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

To provide, confirm and follow up your sessions, purchases and event registrations.
To respond to your enquiries.
To send the monthly newsletter and Healing Grid dates if you have subscribed. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed at any time.
To improve the website and our services.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run Spectrum Healing: our booking system (Timely), our email and website hosting providers (Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, Resend), our online learning platform (Thinkific) for enrolled students, and payment processors. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (and, where enabled, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Turnstile) to measure how the site is used and to protect our forms from spam. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing donna@spectrumhealing.com.au or calling 0421 219 479. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
